Center & Public Park
The City of Dillon
expects to have the new $4.1 million Wellness Center open by
December 2006.
40,000 sq ft indoor facility
The multi-purpose rooms will be
available for rental for such events as birthdays, meetings,
and family reunions. A wide variety of new City Recreation activities
are planned such as art and dance classes.
The gym will be utilized to host
a variety of tournaments such as basketball, volleyball and
wrestling.

The facility will be open seven
days a week.
The Center sits on 10 acres and
will have approximately 200 parking spaces.
The grounds around the Center are to become “Wellness
Public Park”. The area surrounding the center will be
well-landscaped utilizing trees grown in the City/Tech Tree
Nursery Program. In keeping with South Carolina Parks and Recreation
plan for state recreation, a half-mile ‘non-motorized’
trail will be created for walking, bicycling, rollerblades and
skateboarding.

allows users to use Cardiovascular equipment, Free Weights,
Weight Circuits,Dry Sauna & Locker Rooms. |
| If there is
a 30 day lapse in continuous payment of monthly fees, the
registration fee will have to be paid in order to reinstate privileges. |

– 2300sq ft. Can be divided into two (2) separate rooms
of 1150sq. ft. with access to small kitchen area. NOT CAPABLE
FOR COOKING.

12,500 sq. ft. with access to small kitchen.

hour and $10 for each additional hour for Multipurpose Room

after use and throw all trash in large trash can

in and out with staff on duty and report all damages or equipment
not working properly.

due one (1) week in advance

Deposit will be
return within five (5) days unless damages or clean up is
not done.
